In the Tyne Nurture group we are learning to be resilient every day.
We are trying to improve our communication skills, listen well, and be open-minded and optimistic. Every day we discuss as a group our interests and hobbies. Through weekly target setting on a Monday morning, we realise our own abilities and strengths. We learn to cope with the stresses of life by completing problem solving activities every Tuesday. We practice Mindfulness together every Wednesday. For us, Mindfulness means to be aware of our own: –
On a Thursday we enjoy our new found friendships by playing games together. Every Friday we reflect over out week and celebrate our achievements.
